Please contact us immediately if you need to alter or cancel an order. We will be unable to make any adjustments once our warehouse has processed your order.

- WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
If there's a problem with your order, whether it's the incorrect size, color, faulty, or anything else -- simply let us know and we'll give you a refund.
- WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS?
You must notify us about any damage or missing items within two business days of receiving the shipment by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event that we file a claim with the carrier, you must also keep the original box and packing materials. We thank you for your cooperation and patience during this process.
