After you've completed your purchase, it might take 24 hours for it to be processed and sent. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 9 a.m. PST on a Friday will not arrive until the following Monday. Please contact our Customer support team if you have any queries regarding your purchase.

We ship Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year, with the exception of Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10:00 p.m. CST or 4:00 a.m. CET on Sunday-Friday will be processed the next day. Due to stock shortages, missing order information, or billing delays, orders may not reach their destination the very next day. Our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, but we appreciate your understanding if there is a slight delay in processing or shipping your order.

For late, lost, or items damaged in transit:
